Crataegus oxyacantha (Hawthorn), Viscum
album (Mistletoe), and Taraxacum
officinalis (Dandelion). |

Uses: Some of the herbal extracts
may help to relieve menopause. Black
cohosh and Dong quai are used to treat
the symptoms of menopause such as hot
flashes, irritability, headaches, and
sleep problems, as well as vaginal
dryness. Silver birch has cleansing
properties and is diuretic, antiseptic
and tonic. Meadowsweet reduces fever
and inflammation. In this special blend
all herbs are working together to improve
your health and well-being as well
as maintain a healthy body.* |
| Indications:
Menopause, hot flashes, and discomfort.* |
Dosage and
Directions:
Prevention: Put
1 dropper (0.7 mL) into 2 Oz. of water
at room temperature. Drink once per
day, preferably before bedtime.
Mild Problems: Put 1 dropper (0.7 mL) into 2 Oz.
of water at room temperature. Drink
twice per day, preferably in the morning
and before bedtime.
Severe Problems:
Put 2 droppers (1.4 mL) into 2 Oz.
of water at room temperature. Drink
twice per day, preferably in the morning
and before bedtime.
If you are taking any medication,
use this remedy at least 2 hours before
or 2 hours after your medication.
Do not use on an empty stomach or
immediately after a meal. Do not use
for more than 4 consecutive weeks.
Make break for 1-2 weeks before repeated
use.

known side effects: Large doses
of Meadowsweet may cause nausea. Hawthorn
may lower your blood pressure. Dandelion
may cause dehydration in children. |
| Contraindications:
Sensitivity to ingredients.
Do not combine with any drugs, especially
do not use with blood thinning drugs
as Warfarin. Do not use if you have
glaucoma. |
