Uses: Ginkgo improves blood flow,
strengthens blood vessels, relaxes the
lungs, and is anti-inflammatory. Ginkgo
has powerful antioxidants and compounds
that help keep blood vessels open. It
also increases the body's production
of ATP, the compound that is the main
source of cellular energy. Studies have
shown that ginkgo increases the electrical
activity in the brain.* |
| Indications:
The herb is useful for circulation,
thrombosis, and varicose veins. It strengthens
memory, improves deafness, and helps
with asthma. Ginkgo has also been used
against diseases of the brain and nervous
system, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's
disease, anxiety and depression, attention
deficit disorder, cancer, cataracts,
floaters, glaucoma, diabetes, impotence,
heart attack, stroke, multiple sclerosis,
and tinnitus (ringing in the ears).* |
Dosage and
Directions:
Prevention: Put
1 dropper (0.7 mL) into 2 Oz. of water
at room temperature. Drink once per
day, preferably before bedtime.
Mild Problems: Put 1 dropper (0.7 mL) into 2 Oz.
of water at room temperature. Drink
twice per day, preferably in the morning
and before bedtime.
Severe Problems:
Put 2 droppers (1.4 mL) into 2 Oz.
of water at room temperature. Drink
twice per day, preferably in the morning
and before bedtime.
If you are taking any medication,
use this remedy at least 2 hours before
or 2 hours after your medication.
Do not use on an empty stomach or
immediately after a meal. Do not use
for more than 4 consecutive weeks.
Make break for 1-2 weeks before repeated
use.
