35-40 Vol. % of pure grain ethanol (alcohol)
extract of: Urtica dioica (Nettle),
Juniperus communis (Juniper),
Hypericum perforatum (St. John's
wort), and Achillea millefolium
(Yarrow). |
| Suggested
Uses: Some of the herbal extracts
may help to improve circulation. Nettle
is used to nourish and strengthen the
body since it contains chlorophyll,
microelements and many other ingredients
and helps to regulate metabolic processes.
Nettle is also a mild diuretic. Juniper
cleanses and detoxifies the body of
harmful waste. St. John's wort has anti-inflammatory
and analgesic properties and helps with
circulation. Yarrow is known to stop
bleeding and to fight the common cold
and the flu; it is anti-inflammatory,
antiseptic, antispasmodic, and styptic.

| Indications:
Circulation problems. Cold hands and
feet.* |
Dosage and
Directions:
Prevention: Put
1 dropper (0.7 mL) into 2 Oz. of water
at room temperature. Drink once per
day, preferably before bedtime.
Mild Problems: Put 1 dropper (0.7 mL) into 2 Oz.
of water at room temperature. Drink
twice per day, preferably in the morning
and before bedtime.
Severe Problems:
Put 2 droppers (1.4 mL) into 2 Oz.
of water at room temperature. Drink
twice per day, preferably in the morning
and before bedtime.
If you are taking any medication,
use this remedy at least 2 hours before
or 2 hours after your medication.
Do not use on an empty stomach or
immediately after a meal. Do not use
for more than 4 consecutive weeks.
Make break for 1-2 weeks before repeated
use.

known side effects: Nettle may
cause dehydration. There are concerns
that nettle may interact with prescription
drugs for diabetes, high blood pressure,
inflammation and sedative medications.
There have not been any reports of actual
problems. Use with caution. St. John's
wort may sensitize the skin to light.
It is not suitable for people with kidney
disease. Yarrow may cause sun sensitivity
and allergic reactions. |

Sensitivity to ingredients. Do not combine
with any drugs, especially do not use
with blood thinning drugs as Warfarin.
Do not use with Theophylline. |
