Tussilin: Water, Honey,
Mint oil, extract of: Raphanus sativus
subvar niger (Radish), Armoracia
rusticana (Horseradish), and Tussilago
farfara (Coltsfoot). Ofipetrin:
35-40 Vol. % of pure grain ethanol (alcohol)
extract of: Urtica dioica (Nettle),
Calendula officinalis (Marigold),
Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo), Achillea
millefolium (Yarrow), and petrofilin
extract. Sinositrin: 35-40 Vol.
% of pure grain ethanol (alcohol) extract
of: Tussilago farfara (Coltsfoot),
Calendula officinalis (Marigold),
Thymus serpyllum (Thyme), and
petrofilin extract. |
| Suggested
Uses: Usually, when people are
subjected to stressful conditions, the
body weakens and is more susceptible
to be affected by respiratory infections.
Tussilin is formulated to help prevent
and reduce fever, common cold, sore
throat, coughing and mild asthma. Ofipetrin
may help to reduce internal body pressure
and inflammation. Sinositrin prevents
and reduces sinus infections, sinus
inflammation, fever, common cold, sore
throat, coughing and mild asthma.* |
| Indications:
The cough/flu pack is perfect for fighting
off upper respiratory infections such
as the common cold, sore throat, coughing,
and mild asthma, especially during those
times of the year when people most often
get sick.* |
Dosage and
Directions:
Tussilin:
SHAKE BEFORE USE. The syrup has a distinct
smell and taste, this is normal. You
can put syrup on sugar or into 1 Fl.
Oz. of room temperature milk to improve
smell and/or taste.
Prevention: Tussilin:
Drink 1 teaspoon once per day, preferably
before bedtime. Ofipetrin and
Sinositrin: Put 1 dropper (0.7
mL) into 2 Oz. of water at room temperature.
Drink once per day, preferably before
bedtime.
Mild Problems: Tussilin: Drink 1 teaspoon
twice per day, preferably in the morning
and before bedtime. Ofipetrin
and Sinositrin: Put 1 dropper
(0.7 mL) into 2 Oz. of water at room
temperature. Drink twice per day, preferably
in the morning and before bedtime.
Severe Problems:
Tussilin:
Drink 1 teaspoon twice per day, preferably
in the morning and before bedtime. Ofipetrin
and Sinositrin: Put 2 droppers
(1.4 mL) into 2 Oz. of water at room
temperature. Drink twice per day, preferably
in the morning and before bedtime.
Tussilin, Ofipetrin,
and Sinositrin: If you are
taking any medication, use these remedies
at least 2 hours before or 2 hours
after your medication. Do not use
on an empty stomach or immediately
after a meal. Do not use for more
than 4 consecutive weeks. Make break
for 1-2 weeks before repeated use.

| Some
known side effects: Tussilin:
Radish and Horseradish can cause vomiting,
sweating and upset stomach. Coltsfoot
contains substances that can cause liver
damage. Ofipetrin: Nettle may
cause dehydration. There are concerns
that nettle may interact with prescription
drugs for diabetes, high blood pressure,
inflammation and sedative medications.
There have not been any reports of actual
problems. Use with caution. Yarrow may
cause sun sensitivity and allergic reactions.
Sinositrin: Coltsfoot contains
substances that can cause liver damage.
Thyme slows down thyroid activity. Do
not use if you have thyroid condition
or a duodenal ulcer. |

Tussilin: Sensitivity to ingredients.
Do not combine with any drugs. Do not
use if you have hypothyroidism, ulcers
or kidney disease. Ofipetrin:
Sensitivity to ingredients. Do not combine
with any drugs, especially do not use
with blood thinning drugs such as Warfarin.
Sinositrin: Sensitivity to ingredients.
Do not combine with any drugs. |
