| Suggested
Uses: Mint is digestive, carminative,
antispasmodic, cooling, and is a mild
stimulant. Mint leaves contain an oil
that is high in menthol. This menthol
is a relaxant and releases tension from
the body's digestive tract.* |
| Indications:
Mint is used for digestive problems
such as cramps, bloating, gas, nausea,
loss of appetite, and irritable bowel
syndrome. It can also be used as a painkiller
to treat toothaches, headaches, and
migraines. It relieves itching, can
be applied to congested skin, relieves
the pain of sprains and strains, and
helps fight bad breath. The mint is
also very good for treating coughs,
colds, and fevers.* |
Dosage and
Directions:
Prevention: Put 1 dropper (0.7
mL) into 2 Oz. of water at room temperature.
Drink once per day, preferably before
bedtime.
Mild Problems: Put 1 dropper
(0.7 mL) into 2 Oz. of water at room
temperature. Drink twice per day, preferably
in the morning and before bedtime.
Severe Problems: Put 2 droppers
(1.4 mL) into 2 Oz. of water at room
temperature. Drink twice per day, preferably
in the morning and before bedtime.
If you are taking any medication,
use this remedy at least 2 hours before
or 2 hours after your medication.
Do not use on an empty stomach or
immediately after a meal. Do not use
for more than 4 consecutive weeks.
Make break for 1-2 weeks before repeated
use.
